CONTEXT

Amy was getting too close. Shadow was getting too friendly. That’s grounds enough for Knuckles to snap. No. Nobody will steal Sonic. Not even her. Not even the Ultimate Lifeform. He just had to kill them. They were getting in the way.

Although if Sonic saw him as a monster, he’d be heartbroken. And that was the worst case scenario.. why, his Angel saw him dispose of that pink brat’s corpse. He’ll fix that. Sonic won’t run from him ever again.

Sonic WILL be his. Whatever it takes.
